4 tablespoons butter
1 cup semolina
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipped cream
4 tablespoons crushed pistachio nuts

Melt butter in a saucepan, then stir-fry semolina until it turns light brown. Stir in milk, sugar; then stir-fry over medium heat, adding a little water at a time, for 10 minutes or until the semolina is cooked into a soft paste. Place on a platter then spread cream evenly over top. Sprinkle with pistachio; then serve warm.
